Marsh Conveyancing Services is a family owned and operated business, with experienced conveyancer and legal professional Lorraine Marsh at the helm. Lorraine is a specialist in her field, after more than 18 years spent working in conveyancing.

Formerly from the UK, Lorraine and her husband moved to Palmerston in the Northern Territory during 2007 and she began working for a conveyancing company. After two years, the unfortunate passing of her employer left Lorraine without employment. This inspired her to take the plunge and purchase the business, which she renamed Marsh Conveyancing Services. As an independent business, they are happy to assist local and interstate clients and are proud to be in business in the Northern Territory.

The company has grown successfully under Lorraine's ownership due to her dedication ensuring that all of her client's, old and new, receive the same superior standard of service. Lorraine's central focus is to alleviate her client's stress during the buying and selling process, as she is aware that property transactions can be difficult at times. By providing open communication and friendly, professional service Lorraine and her team of conveyancing specialists reduce the emotional impact the transaction has on her clients.
